Version 1.1.4 is a minor change release.

Changes

The following changes have been made in this release:

  • The rich text editor base has been changed to RoosterJs. RoosterJs is an actively maintained HTML editor by Microsoft that is also used in several Microsoft products. The nature of the RoosterJs framework gives us more flexibility to improve the editor in the future. All features that were present in the previous editor are also available in the new editor.
  • Content icons have been changed to Microsoft Fluent UI system icons. Fluent UI system icons are a versatile MIT-licensed icon set and can therefore be used in any project and scenario. The icons are also a better fit for the Redakt UI look and feel.
  • Small UI styling improvements.
